History Day\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nov. 20th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0called on the Charter of the Vietnam teachers, is the Festival of the people who work in the education sector of our country.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Can say, Vietnam\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Nov. 20th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0teacher’s day has a history of rather special, cosmopolitan, both ethnic\u00a0<\/span>nature<\/span>. This is the day of education but also the entire population of the day.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

History of Vietnam back to teacher’s day originated from,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>July,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>1946 in … Paris (France). This time, an international organization, the progressive teacher was established, taking the name FISE (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration\u00a0<\/span>Internationale<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Syndicale<\/span>\u00a0des\u00a0<\/span>Enseignants<\/span>-International Union of educational workers Union).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

After 3 years, in 1949, the International Union of educational workers Union launched a “Charter of the teachers” consists of 15 chapters in a Conference in Warsaw (capital of Poland).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the spring of 1953, the Vietnam Delegation led by Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Toan education National Chairman Union attended the Conference as important trade union education enrollment of some countries on the Organization Members at FISE (Austria<\/span>) ,<\/span>\u00a0including unions of education of Vietnam. As such, only a short time after the establishment of the (<\/span><\/span>July\u00a0<\/span><\/span>22<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>1951), the education Union Vietnam was admitted as a member of the FISE.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

From 26 to 30<\/span><\/span>\u00a0of\u00a0<\/span>Aug.,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>1957\u00a0<\/span>Vacxava<\/span>\u00a0in the capital, there are 57 countries attend the Conference FISE. Including the Vietnam education unions. Vietnam has decided to take the Group on\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Nov. 20<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>1958 to do June “International Charter of the teacher”. On this, the first being held across the North of our country in 1958.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

V\u00e0 r\u1ed3i, khi Vi\u1ec7t Nam th\u1ed1ng nh\u1ea5t, ng\u00e0y 20\/11 \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh ng\u00e0y truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng c\u1ee7a ng\u00e0nh gi\u00e1o d\u1ee5c Vi\u1ec7t Nam. \u0110\u1ebfn ng\u00e0y 28\/09\/1982, H\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng B\u1ed9 tr\u01b0\u1edfng (nay l\u00e0 Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7) \u0111\u00e3 ban h\u00e0nh quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 167-H\u0110BT thi\u1ebft l\u1eadp ng\u00e0y 20\/11 h\u00e0ng n\u0103m l\u00e0 ng\u00e0y l\u1ec5 mang t\u00ean “Ng\u00e0y nh\u00e0 gi\u00e1o Vi\u1ec7t Nam”.<\/p>\n
